Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL), jo RBI ki ek wholly-owned subsidiary hai, ne 2025 ke liye badi recruitment ka announcement kiya hai. Isme Deputy Manager aur Process Assistant Grade-I (Trainee) ke total 88 vacancies nikali gayi hain. Ye ek shandar mauka hai un candidates ke liye jo ek government-backed organization me stable aur reputed career banana chahte hain. Deputy Manager post ke liye CTC lagbhag ₹19 Lakh per annum tak ho sakta hai.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Deputy Manager (Printing) – B.Tech/B.E. in Printing Technology/Engineering, 60% marks (SC/ST – 55%)
• Deputy Manager (Electrical) – B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Engineering, 60% marks (SC/ST – 55%)
• Deputy Manager (Computer Science) – B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Computer Science Engineering, 60% marks (SC/ST – 55%)
• Deputy Manager (General Administration) – Graduation (60% / SC-ST – 55%) + Master’s Degree ya PG Diploma in Management/Business Administration/Personnel/Materials Management
• Process Assistant Grade-I (Trainee) – Diploma in Printing/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical (55% / SC-ST – 50%)
• Yab ITI/NTC/NAC in relevant trade (55% / SC-ST – 50%)

Experience:

• Deputy Manager – Minimum 2 saal ka relevant field me post-qualification experience
• Process Assistant – Diploma holders ke liye min. 1 saal, ITI holders ke liye min. 2 saal ka relevant experience

Age Limit (31/08/2025 tak)

• Deputy Manager: Max 31 years
• Process Assistant: 18–28 years
• Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years

Salary & Benefits

• Deputy Manager – Level 10, Basic ₹56,100 + DA (58%), HRA, allowances → Gross ₹88,638/month (CTC \~ ₹19 Lakh/year)
• Process Assistant – Training ke dauran ₹24,000/month stipend; training ke baad Level 2 me Basic ₹24,500 (CTC \~ ₹12 Lakh/year)

Selection Process

Tier 1 – Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Deputy Manager: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, General Awareness – 100 questions, 70 min, no negative marking
• Process Assistant: Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Science (10th level), GK – 100 questions, 70 min

Tier 2 – Interview/Skill Test

• Deputy Manager: Interview marks + written exam marks se final merit
• Process Assistant: Skill Test (qualifying), final selection written exam marks par

• Quant/Numerical Ability: Percentage, Profit-Loss, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Ratio, Data Interpretation

• GK/Awareness: Current Affairs, Banking Awareness, Indian Economy, History, Geography, Static GK
