Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Engineering Disciplines: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant fields with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
• Chemistry Discipline Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry only) with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).

GATE Requirement

• A valid GATE score from the year 2023, 2024, or 2025 in the corresponding paper is mandatory:
• CE, CS, EE, EC, ES, CY

Age Limit (as on 23.05.2025)

• Maximum Age:. 30 years
• Age Relaxation
•  SC/ST: 5 years
•  OBC (NCL): 3 years
•  PwBD (UR): 10 years
•   PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
•    PwBD (OBC): 13 years
•    Departmental Candidates: Up to 50 years

Salary and Benefits

• Pay Level: Level 10 (7th CPC)
• Approximate Gross Salary: ₹1,14,945/- per month (at Delhi)

Selection Process

• Shortlisting Based on GATE Score: Candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise based on valid GATE scores (2023–2025).
• Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification and interview.
• Final Merit List: Prepared with 85% weightage to GATE score and 15% to interview marks
