Eligibility Criteria (As on 14 Dec 2025)

1. Educational Qualification

• 10th pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board
• Jis SIB me apply kar rahe ho, uska state domicile certificate compulsory hai

2. Age Limit

• 18 to 25 years
• Age relaxation:
•   SC/ST: +5 years
•   OBC (NCL): +3 years
•   Govt Employees: up to 40 years
• Widows/Divorced Women: 35–40 years (category wise)
•    Ex-Servicemen/Sportspersons: As per rules

IB MTS Salary 2025 – Full Details

IB MTS ka salary structure kaafi attractive hai:

• Basic Pay: ₹18,000
• Special Security Allowance: 20% of Basic Pay
• DA, HRA, TA: City category ke hisaab se
• Other Perks:
•    NPS benefits
•    Holiday duty compensation
•   Medical facilities

Total Gross Salary : ₹29,000–₹31,000 per month

In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹25,000

IB MTS Selection Process

Selection 2 stages me hota hai:

1️⃣ Tier-I: CBT (Online Test)

• Marks: 100
• Questions: 100
• Duration: 1 Hour
• Negative Marking: 0.25
• Subjects:
•  General Awareness – 40 Q
•   Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Q
•   Reasoning/Analytical Ability – 20 Q
•   English Language – 20 Q
• Minimum qualifying marks:
•   UR/EWS: 30
•   OBC: 28
•   SC/ST: 25

2️⃣ Tier-II: Descriptive Test (English)

• Marks: 50
• Duration: 1 Hour
• Qualifying nature (20 marks minimum)
• Topics: Paragraph writing, grammar, vocab, synonyms-antonyms, comprehension basics

Final merit Tier-I ke marks ke basis par banega.
