Banking sector me career start karne ka sapna dekh rahe graduates ke liye ek badi khushkhabri hai.Bank of Baroda (BoB) ne apna Apprentice Recruitment 2025 ka notification release kar diya hai. Iss recruitment ke zariye 2700 Apprentice vacancies nikali gayi hain jo India ke alag-alag states me hain.

Yeh ek 12 mahine ka training program hoga jisme aapko Bank of Baroda jaise top public sector bank me kaam karne ka moka milega. Iske saath hi aapko ₹15,000 per month ka fixed stipend bhi milega. Agar aap graduate hain aur age limit ke andar aate hain, toh yeh opportunity bilkul miss mat kijiye.

Yeh apprenticeship Apprentices Act, 1961 ke tahat di ja rahi hai, jisme aapko Banking aur BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector ka practical exposure milega.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.11.2025)

Education:

• Candidate ke paas kisi bhi stream me Graduation Degree hona chahiye kisi recognized University se.
• Jinke paas graduation ke baad 1 saal ya usse zyada ka job ya training experience hai, wo eligible nahi hain.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 20 saal
• Maximum Age: 28 saal

Age Relaxation:

•  SC/ST: +5 saal
•  OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 saal
• PwBD: 10–15 saal (category ke hisab se)

Salary / Stipend Details

• Apprenticeship period: 1 saal
• Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000/-
• Koi HRA, DA, ya extra allowance nahi milega kyunki yeh training program hai, permanent job nahi.
• Lekin aapko Bank of Baroda ka apprenticeship certificate milega jo aage banking sector me kaafi valuable hoga.

Selection Process

Selection 3 stages me hoga:

1️⃣ Online Written Exam (Computer Based Test)

• Objective type test (100 questions – 100 marks – 60 minutes)
• Exam remotely proctored hoga (aap ghar se de sakte hain laptop ya phone se)
• No negative marking

2️⃣ Document Verification

Online exam pass karne ke baad candidates ko apne documents (Age, Qualification, Caste, etc.) verify karwane honge.

3️⃣ Local Language Test

Candidate ko us state ki local language aani chahiye (read, write, speak).

• Agar aapke 10th/12th mark sheet me local language subject me likha hai, toh aapko test se chhoot milegi.

5. Final Form Fill Kare:

• Apni details, preferred training locations, aur category fill kare.

6. Fees Pay Kare:

• Online payment gateway se fees pay kare.

7. Submit & Print:

• Application submit karne ke baad form aur payment receipt ka print le le.
