1. Personal Assistant (PA)

• Graduation mandatory
•  Hindi Shorthand: 100 w.p.m.
• Hindi & English Typing: 30 w.p.m.
• Computer Certificate: O Level / NIELIT / AICTE

2. Stenographer

• Graduation
• Hindi Shorthand: 80 w.p.m.
• Typing: Hindi & English 30 w.p.m.
• Computer Certificate required

3. Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• 12th Pass
• Typing Speed: 8000 key depressions/hour (Hindi + English)
• Computer Course: O Level / ADCA / AICTE

4. LDC

• 12th Pass
• Typing: Hindi & English 30 w.p.m.
• Computer Certificate mandatory

Age Limit (As on 01.08.2025)

Minimum:

• PA/Steno: 21 years
•  DEO/LDC: 18 years

Maximum:

•    UR Male: 37 years
•   UR Female / BC / EBC: 40 years
•   SC / ST: 42 years

Selection Process (2 Stages)

1. Preliminary Exam (OMR Based)

•  Objective type paper
• Duration: 2 hours
• Total Marks: 400
• Negative marking: 1 mark cut for wrong answer

Syllabus:

• General Studies – 40 questions
•  General Science & Maths – 30 questions
•  Reasoning & Mental Ability – 30 questions

2. Skill Test

Post-wise test:

• PA/Steno: Shorthand + Typing Test + MS Word Test
• DEO: Typing (8000 KDPH) + MS Word
• LDC: Typing (30 w.p.m.) + MS Word

Final merit Skill Test ke basis par banegi.
