Eligibility Criteria – NRL GET Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification

• GET ke liye: 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 65%) apne discipline me (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, CS) from AICTE/UGC approved institute.
• AOT ke liye: NET/GATE qualified 1st Class Post Graduate (recognized University/Institute se).

Experience

• Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain 
• Age Limit (as on 10 Oct 2025)
• Max Age: 30 years
•  Relaxation:
•    SC/ST: 5 years
•    OBC-NCL: 3 years
•   PwBD: 10-15 years

Salary & Benefits – NRL Recruitment 2025

Training Period

• GET: ₹50,000/month stipend
• AOT: ₹40,000/month stipend

After Training :

• GET (Grade E-2): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (CTC ₹18.79 LPA approx.)
• AOT (Grade E-1): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (CTC ₹15.34 LPA approx.)

CTC me Basic Pay + DA + PRP + HRA + perks included hoga.

Selection Process – NRL Recruitment 2025

1️⃣ Computer Based Test (CBT)

• GET ke liye:
• Subject Knowledge (80% weightage)
•   GK/Current Affairs
•    English
•    Reasoning & Numerical Ability
• AOT ke liye:
•  GK + Energy sector related (60% weightage)
•   English
•   Reasoning & Numerical
• No Negative Marking

2️⃣ Personal Interview

• CBT ke baad shortlisted candidates bulaye jayenge (1:5 ratio)
• Final Selection = CBT (85%) + Interview (15%)
