Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Assistant Public Prosecutor: Law degree from recognized university.
• Public Prosecutor: Law degree + 7 years ka experience criminal cases handle karne ka.
• Lecturer (All Subjects): Post Graduation in subject + B.Ed.

Age Limit (as on 11 Sept 2025)

• Assistant Public Prosecutor:
• UR/EWS: 30 years
•  OBC: 33 years
•  SC: 35 years
• Public Prosecutor
•   UR/EWS: 35 years
•   OBC: 38 years
•   SC/ST: 40 years
• Lecturer (All Subjects): ST candidates ke liye max 45 years (special relaxation for Ladakh).

• Pay Levels: Level-07, Level-09 aur Level-10 (Basic Pay alag-alag start hota hai).

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting – Higher qualification/experience ke basis par ya Recruitment Test (RT) ke through.

2. Recruitment Test (Computer-Based Test) – Agar conduct hota hai toh iske marks + Interview ke basis par final merit list banegi (75:25 ratio).

3. Interview – Domain knowledge + personality test hoga.

Expected Syllabus

• For Prosecutor Posts: Constitutional Law, IPC, CrPC, Evidence Act, Civil Procedure, Contracts, Current Affairs, GK.
• For Lecturer Posts: Subject-specific knowledge (PG level), Teaching Aptitude, Research Methodology, General Awareness, Education Policies.
